So I recently become obsessed with Treme. If you haven't heard of it, it's a new HBO show set in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina hits, and it's about the people there trying to get back to their lives and a fair amount of intertwining of tales takes place. Also, music plays a huge role in the show as it does I am most certain down in the Big Easy. The theme of the show is sung by John Boutte, a great and talented singer from down there, whom I got to see play at queen alex hall a bit back. Fantastic voice and definitely someone you should get to know.
